Is Cold-Pressed Juices A Winning Proposition?

Cold-pressed juices are an omnipresent part of most diets.  Does it imply that they are a healthier option than the traditional pasteurized process? What’s the difference between the processes? And is the cold-pressed process superior to pasteurization?
Jennifer Haythe, M.D. clarifies. She is an internist at Columbia Presbyterian and also an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center. She says that cold-press juices are extracted from vegetables and fruits applying a hydraulic press. It differs from pasteurization which involves extreme heat. The cold-press process is two-part.
