Your Back And Shoulders Are Relaxed

Sometimes when you squat, you lose the control in the shoulders and the back. This might lead to you losing the grasp you had on your weight. This could also result in slip discs and spinal curvatures.
Fix: All you have to do is lock your shoulder blades so that a shelf gets created. Now, if you are using barbells for squats, you have a place where it would get locked into shape and not move about. This will provide you with the tightness that is necessary.
