Regular exercises if you whant to stay young

Here’s another proof that regular exercise is the best medicine. British researchers tested the muscles and immune systems of middle-aged and older (up to 79) riders and found that they were healthier than those of younger (20-36) riders who did not exercise at all or did not exercise regularly.
This tells us that staying physically active for the rest of your life can also prevent immune aging.
The team conducting the experiments sampled muscle from volunteers – 125 male and female cyclists aged 55 to 79, who regularly cycled long distances – 50 to 100km daily.
